  1. Introduction
    These Terms govern access to structured governance frameworks, templates, digital tools and AI-assisted services provided by Aventa Advisory Limited. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

  2. Licence Grant
    Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, Aventa Advisory Limited grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence for internal business use only. All intellectual property rights remain with Aventa Advisory Limited.

  3. Permitted Use
    Users may download and adapt templates for internal organisational use and use digital tools to support Information Management activities. Users may not redistribute materials externally, provide access to unauthorised users, resell templates or frameworks, upload materials to shared repositories outside their organisation, or commercially exploit the content.

  4. Enterprise Access
    Multi-user or enterprise licensing may be agreed separately in writing. The subscribing organisation remains responsible for managing authorised users and protecting access credentials.

  5. Subscriptions and Payments
    Subscriptions are billed in accordance with the selected plan at the point of purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

  6. AI Tool Outputs
    AI-assisted outputs are provided to support structured governance and Information Management implementation. Users remain responsible for reviewing and validating outputs within their specific organisational or project context. Outputs do not constitute legal, regulatory or contractual advice.

  7. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aventa Advisory Limited’s total liability arising from platform use shall not exceed the subscription fee paid within the preceding 12 months. Aventa Advisory Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  8. Termination
    Access may be suspended or terminated where these Terms are breached. Upon termination, licence rights cease immediately.

  9. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
